Intercompany Agreement

Our company upholds a spirit of integrity and looks forward to friendly cooperation with all suppliers. Therefore, please be informed and comply with the following statement:

1. Integrity is the core value of our company, the primary condition for our cooperation, and the cornerstone of a long-term partnership.

2. Inter-company interactions must not involve any personal gain or related activities, including but not limited to accepting kickbacks, giving gifts, receiving commissions, or providing benefits in kind.

3. For procurement activities from suppliers, our company has only one procurement department. The purchase order stamped with the company seal shall serve as proof; any purchase order without the company seal is not valid for procurement and is considered null and void.

4. For sales activities to customers, they must be conducted through our company’s sales department, and no other individuals have the authority to do so.

5. Whether it is procurement or sales, our company expects to create a win-win situation with reasonable prices, the best quality, and excellent service.

6. We strive for technical innovation and excellence, continuously improving to concretely achieve customer satisfaction.

7. Please cooperate with the above statement for our long-term partnership. If there is a violation of points 1-4, our company reserves the right to declare the transaction invalid.
