Traditional Method

Traditional products generally use past experience to reduce weight by digging grooves or hollowing out the structure. For use within aerospace or with mobile vehicles, special attention must be paid to the weight. In recent years, topology optimization software has been used to simulate weight reduction for stress conditions, but the shape of the optimized product was too complex, which often led to the inability for these structures to be processed by traditional methods.
