Traditional Method
Different parts must be molded with precision casting, and then various pipe fittings are also welded separately. The development time takes at least 40 days, and there is a risk of welding leakage and the flow field is not easy to optimize.
Additive Manufacturing
Integrated molding can eliminate the welding procedure, for at least half the volume and weight. Shortens the product development cycle by 4 times, there’s no welding risk, and a sliding pipeline and complex internal flow channel design can be implemented.
